How it all started

I was once so confident that nothing could sway my faith in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, that I read the CES Letter. Over the next few weeks, my testimony in Joseph Smith crumbled. The “haters” were right. I could no longer say the Book of Mormon was inspired by God, and all my internal conflicts regarding the church dissipated. With the church in my rearview mirror, I set out, not really knowing where I was going, but away from the close-minded thinking and living. I found some resources that helped me deconstruct my mental health baggage from the church, and wanted to share those sources with you! To my friends and family who are also going through the struggle, this is for you!
